Some tips to help you avoid overeating include: • Drink more water during the day and before meals 💦 • Include protein in your meals to keep you staying full longer 🥩 • Brush your teeth after dinner 🦷 • Minimize distractions during meals. I make sure that we’re eating meals at the dinner table and not in front of the tv 📺. • Avoid eating snacks directly out of the bag 🍿. This causes us to overeat without even realizing it. • Use a food diary or app to track what you’ve eaten. I recommend using @myfitnesspal to track your food.
