Since gyms are currently closed, more people have been staying active at home and outdoors. It can be hard to have a comfortable workout outdoors when there is a heat wave. I have some tips on exercising outdoors in the heat. - Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated as you'll be sweating out more water in the heat - Wear light coloured clothing so the sunlight doesn't get absorbed as much (black absorbs the most light) - Wear sweat-wicking and breathable workout clothing - Avoid exercising during the hottest time of the day (eg. early to mid afternoon). Try to get out in the morning or evening - Take breaks as required - Find a shaded area to exercise while outdoors
