Can you believe we've reached a new decade? I can't believe 2020 has already arrived! Time does fly by so quick. Every year, many people decide on a resolution/goal they want to accomplish for the new year. But did you know that the majority of people fail to keep their New Years resolutions? Why do we have to wait until a new year approaches to get started with a resolution/goal? The best time to start working on a goal is anytime, you don't have to wait based on what the calendar and trends indicate. Below are some tips to help you be successful with your resolution/goal:
  • Choose one goal to work on only
    • Once you have accomplished that goal, work on another one
  • Break down your goal into simple tasks that can be easily completed
  • Tell your friends and family so they can support your goal
  • Write down your goal on paper 
  • Work on your goal when you are ready and not when the calendar shows January 1
  • Visit the "Contact" tab on this website and fill out the form for support from Kimberley
